What is Floworking?
A question that's always fascinated me: what gets in the way of us doing the stuff that's most meaningful to us?
Most of us know what we want. We know what we need to get there. And yet — something gets in the way.
I've spent a lot of time working through this myself, and with clients. And that's what I'm trying to solve with Floworking.
If you have a project worth pursuing, something that needs to get done, or you just need a little support to get out of your own way — this might be exactly what you need.
Floworking is a 4-week virtual coworking container. Yes, we turn on our cameras, state our intentions, and work alongside each other. That alone goes a long way.
But Floworking gets its name from flow — the idea that work feels effortless when you're right in that zone of being fully engaged. That's what we're here to cultivate. Work should feel joyful. A source of energy, not just a drain.
The Floworking batch was so interesting and fun! I loved the group sessions… I was relieved to hear that others faced the same problems I did when it came to focus and productivity. Su is an expert at dissolving blocks using IFS (Internal Family Systems), and it was helpful to understand how it could help with productivity and goal attainment.
I particularly loved the 1-1 "Turning Stuckness into Flow" session with Su. She guided me through a powerful visualisation that helped me feel calm and grounded while tackling a work task that was causing me high levels of stress.
Overall, if you have serious goals that you want to go after in a lighthearted and grounded way, surrounded by supportive peers, I'd highly recommend Floworking!
How it works
The group is choose-your-own-adventure.
01
Start with a 1:1 onboarding call
We explore what you want to get out of the program — your blockers, what fires you up, what helps you thrive.
02
Choose your own adventure
For some it's structured coworking. For others it's accountability. Maybe it's the workshops. You don't have to do everything.
03
Experiment and iterate
Try different approaches with the group. Learn what actually works for your unique brain. Build sustainable habits.
What you get
Everything to support your flow.
Guided Floworking Sessions
We ritualize our work to get into the right headspace — centering meditation, intention setting, and check-ins. Share your goals with the group so they hold your "why" even when you forget it yourself.
Workshops: IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Somatic Work
Fragmented attention usually comes from internal conflict. I'll walk you through IFS principles so you can do the work without the constant inner fight.
Experiment with what actually works for your brain
Test and track routines, environments, and focus strategies with support, so you stop abandoning systems that were never built for you.
Support and Celebrate Together
Bring what's stuck to a collective coaching call. Let the group guide you. And when things go well — we celebrate that too.

About

Hi, I'm Su — coach, founder, productivity enthusiast, and certified scatterbrain.
I built Floworking because I couldn't find anything that worked the way I needed it to. I spent years understanding why smart, capable people — including myself — keep getting in their own way. Not from laziness or lack of discipline, but from something deeper that no productivity app can touch.
I'm a somatic IFS coach drawing on IFS, hypnotherapy, yogic techniques, and contemplative traditions I've spent years exploring. I've worked with founders, executives, and knowledge workers for the last three years. And a few months ago I quit my job in tech, packed up my life in Toronto, and moved back to India to build this full time.
